I’m Matthew, a qualified and experienced personal trainer.
I have a

Bachelor of Sport Science (Human Movement)

Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Honours)

Certificate IV in Fitness.

I started personal training in 2016 and have run regular group classes with 20+ people of varying fitness levels and experience, small group sessions, 2-1 training and 1-1 personal training.
My clientele has included people from 10-90 years old, shift workers, office workers, stay at home parents, people with disability, partners training together with different goals, students and families.

My fitness and my goals are not yours - when you train with me we are 100% focused on what you’re looking for from your movement and physical activity.

Whether that be going for a PB in a 10km run, building strength, looking to walk to do your grocery shopping or adding in a flight of stairs instead of taking the lift, or simply doing regular whole body strength exercise for your health.
